With a deep focus on digital finance, market microstructure, and micro-investing models, Subash works at the intersection of technology, regulation, and capital markets. At the Central Bank of Nepal, he collaborated with the Economic Research Department Head to draft regulatory work on digital lending, investment, and micro-models, informing the proposal for Nepal’s first dedicated FinTech Department and shaping the national crowdfunding policy roadmap.

Entering the stock market at 15, Subash has accumulated hands-on experience across brokerage firms, investment banks, asset management, and regulatory institutions.
